By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using FloeBase services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

FloeBase provides SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) management, compliance tracking, and related workflow automation tools for regulated industries including healthcare and life sciences.

3. Account and Subscription

You must provide accurate information when signing up. Subscription plans are billed according to the plan you select. Trial periods may apply. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FloeBase only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You may not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to harm others. HIPAA and other regulatory requirements apply where relevant.

5. Intellectual Property

FloeBase and its content, features, and functionality are owned by FloeBase and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content that you create or upload.

6. Limitation of Liability

FloeBase is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
